 机器保修查询 / 全球联保登记查询 (Warranty / IWS Registration Status)
 
此处查询适用于中国大陆的PC产品，包括ThinkPad笔记本电脑和ThinkCentre 台式机，Netfinity, eServer x系列服务器和在中国登记过全球联保服务的PC产品。

您只需输入您的机器型号和序列号或者保修卡号即可获得机器的出厂日期、保修期和全球联保登记的的详细信息。

Warranty lookup is for PC product which manufactured in China mainland, include ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, Netfinity, eServer xSeries and those PC product register for International Warranty Services in China.

Please input machine type and serial number or warranty card number of your machine, then system will determine if your machine is in warranty and manufacture date, or status of registration on IWS.

IBM 个人电脑的全球联保服务(IWS)是针对携带IBM产品进行国际旅行的客户或移机至其他国家的客户所提供的全球范围的保修服务。不论您是在哪一个国家或地区购买的IBM个人电脑，只要是符合IBM全球联保条件都可以在当地享受由IBM或IBM授权的服务提供商提供的专业保修服务。在全球联保注册申请被认可之后，您无需再提供其他证明就可以享受全球联保服务。

IBM's International Warranty Service (IWS) provides our customers with warranty service even if they relocate their PC to another country. This warranty service is available wherever IBM or IBM resellers sell and service your particular machine type. IBM has enhanced the IWS offering to allow customers who travel with or relocate any IWS-eligible machines to receive warranty service. Upon successful registration, you can enjoy IWS without further proof of supporting document.
