西班牙阿斯图里亚斯皇太子财团23日宣布该国最权威的皇太子奖的“交流人文部门奖”（Communications and Humanities）授予开发了《超级马里奥》等知名游戏的任天堂宫本茂（59岁）专务（京都府出身）。颁奖典礼将于今年秋天举行，奖金5万欧元。西班牙皇太子奖去年的“和平部门”曾经授予过福岛核电站的英雄们，而“交流人文部门奖”是第一次授予日本人。
