PCSL国内唯一加入AMTSO的测试机构
测试导读：
PC安全实验室（简称：PCSL）是一个致力于安全软件测试和相关测试标准研发的中立测评机构，我们的原则是：“用科学严谨的态度，站在完全中立的立场评价安全软件”。PCSL经过长期的发展和研究，已经初步建立起了一套行之有效的反病毒软件测试体系，全球业界30多家主流安全厂商委托PCSL实验室测试他们的安全软件。PCSL作为国内唯一一家加入国际反恶意软件测试标准组织AMTSO的中国测试机构，对安全软件测试所做的努力和工作也得到了国内外同行的认可。另外，美国几所知名大学的实验室正在积极和PCSL进行接洽，双方将共同合作开展病毒分析和反病毒测试方面的科研工作。
PCSL全方位安全软件测试主要测试反病毒产品对病毒、木马、蠕虫等常见恶意软件的防御能力，测试共分3个部分：静态扫描测试、动态防御测试、误报测试。通常来说，反病毒软件对进入计算机的数据进行扫描并用特征码进行比对甄别，静态扫描测试即是对此能力的一个测试。动态防御测试中本实验室将逐一运行静态扫描中待测软件不能识别的病毒样本，并由专业分析员确认待测软件可否成功拦截该样本。误报测试中本实验室用待测软件扫描干净文件样本库，如果有误杀，将扣除相应的分数。误报测试现阶段只针对静态扫描，稍后会加入动态防御误报测试。
静态扫描测试中侦测到的样本数和动态防御测试中成功拦截的样本数之和，除以样本总数将得出总侦测率；总侦测率乘以100扣除误报将得到最终得分，满分为100分。
本期测试新加入了Sunbelt、MicroWorld、Tall Emu、SOPHOS以上4个厂商。迄今为止，委托PCSL测试其反病毒产品的厂家共有近30家，其中AVG、ESET、McAfee、Microsoft和Symantec正在内测，条件成熟时即可出现在公开测试的名单之列。
本次测试中共有23 款 待测安全软件；卡巴斯基互联网安全套装2010以总分99.58获得综合排名第一；17款产品综合得分在95分以上获得5星优秀认证；3款产品得分在90至95之间获得4星优秀认证。

测试方法及评分细则：
本期测试基于2009年07月版的PC安全实验室手册，升级时间统一为2009年7月22日23：00 GMT+8，所有扫描和测试都在拥有网络连接的情况下进行。
本期测试使用2009年5月和6月的Malware-List流行样本包，一共包含3132个样本。
评分公式=（A+B）/C*100-lg(D+1)
A=静态测试侦测数
B=动态测试侦测数
C=恶意样本总数
D=误报样本数
最终得分在95.00-100.00将得到5星优秀月度认证。
最终得分在90.00-94.99将得到4星标准月度认证。

本期PCSL安全测试的冠军已经产——卡巴斯基全功能安全软件2010，虽然在卡巴斯基经过了静态测试、动态测试都落后于最终的亚军IKARUS，但在最后的环节卡巴斯基表现出了惊人的稳定性，与金山、F-Secure一起获得了仅有的三个零误报“席位”，出色的稳定性帮助了卡巴斯基以微弱的优势击败了IKARUS。
NETGATE与Finport延续着上一次的低靡表现，难道是严重的水土不服？还是其他原因我们就不得而知了。国产厂商江民依然保持着较高水准，和排名靠前的差距并不大。
