迷信数字不吉利 微软欲跳过Office 13

当很多人回想起Office 2007的代号“Office 12”时，时常会很疑惑“Office 13”到底怎么啦？尽管微软官方多次称不会有“Office 13”而将在未来直接推出Office 14。究其原因发现原来是因为迷信的关系，微软Office产品部的一些人认为13是个不吉利的数字。

据悉，13这个数字在国外是十分不吉利的数字，通常拥有13层以上的高楼通常使用12A来代表13，微软的做法是将Office直接跳到14。据微软Office部门经理Eric Vigesaa在06年12月27日接受TechNet采访时透露，“13不够吉利，所以我们称之（下一代产品）为Office 14”。

"Eric: I actually am taking a vacation for two weeks and then, it may sound strange but the next version of Office is already in the planning stages, we want to make sure that our IT perspective and apps are represented in the new product focus and offerings so we’re going to be very involved with that. 

Michael: So that’s Office 13 in development huh?

Eric: Well, 13 is unlucky so we’re calling it Office 14."
